My experience was largely positive, thanks to the friendly and proactive staff that made me feel welcomed. However, I found some areas in need of updates, particularly in my room's bathroom and carpets, which felt dated for a luxury resort. While the dining options provided good food, they were a bit overpriced, and I did face some inconveniences during my stay such as delayed check-in and a lack of daily room cleaning.
